At DateAI, protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation is paramount. Although our app does not include social feeds, messaging between users, or user-generated content, we recognize that even interactions with our AI chatbot could involve sensitive inputs. We adhere fully to Google Play’s standards on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) to ensure the safest possible experience.
Our Externally Published Standards
We align with Google Play’s definitions, content prohibitions, and reporting requirements. For full details, see:
Google Play Developer – How do you define CSAE?
How We Define CSAE
We adopt Google’s clear definitions, including:
- Child sexual abuse materials: Any depiction or description of a minor (under 18) in sexual activities or with a sexual focus.
- Exploitation risks: Any content that could facilitate grooming, recruitment, or abuse of minors.
- Inappropriate requests: User inputs that solicit sexually explicit responses about or involving minors.
Our Safeguarding Measures
- AI Input Filtering
- All user prompts are scanned in real time for keywords and patterns indicative of CSAE requests.
- Suspicious inputs are automatically blocked before reaching our chatbot.
- Human Oversight
- A dedicated Trust & Safety team reviews any flagged interactions.
- We maintain logs for audit purposes and immediate removal of any disallowed content.
- User Guidance & Reporting
- An in-app report button lets users alert us instantly if they see inappropriate content.
Ongoing Commitment
DateAI continually updates its CSAE policies and detection algorithms in partnership with child protection experts. We promptly report any confirmed violations to the appropriate authorities.
